Anne Rowan, Esq. presented at the Municipal Clerks of Union County Association’s Annual Conference on June 7, 2018 at Galloping Hill Club House. Her presentation was approved for Continuing Education Units for Registered Municipal Clerks, Chief Financial Officers, Municipal Tax Collectors, Public Works Managers, and Qualified Purchasing Agents. Ms. Rowan was one of five speakers invited to present at the conference and her presentation focused on Conflicts of Interest and Receiving Gifts as a public official or employee.
