Nicholas Coughlin is an associate at Rainone Coughlin Minchello.  Mr. Coughlins’ practice focuses on matters concerning governmental entities with regard to labor, litigation, redevelopment and general practices.

Prior to joining the firm, Nick worked in the sports industry as a NBPA Certified Player Agent and Business Development Manager with RBA Sports, where his responsibilities included recruiting, developing new business, contract formation, and assisting athletes in navigating relationships with teams and sponsors.

Following his time with RBA Sports, Nick served as a Legal Assistant with Internicola Law Firm, a firm concentrating in franchise law, where he gained experience forming franchise agreements and assisting in market research

Nicholas earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2022, receiving the Excellence in Labor Law Award in the same year. Prior to law school, Nick earned his bachelor’s degree in Sport Management and a minor in Business from St. John’s University.
