The law firm of Rainone Coughlin Minchello successfully petitioned the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County, for a recount on behalf of Belmar Councilman Thomas Brennan. Prior to the recount, Councilman Brennan appeared to have lost the election by a margin of one (1) vote.
