Raymond J. Stine, an Associate at Rainone Coughlin Minchello, has broad-based experience as a general litigator and regulatory counsel representing individuals, business and healthcare agencies in civil and criminal matters.

Mr. Stine has represented public entities for over twenty years. Mr. Stine serves as municipal counsel in Labor and municipal court proceedings and has also represented municipalities in a variety of matters, including complex environmental matters, tort claims, personal injury, and construction defect claims.

As part of his work with seniors, assisted living facilities and long term care facilities, Mr. Stine is a Certified Assisted Living Administrator and certified to teach Continuing Education classes to healthcare professionals.

Mr. Stine received his undergraduate degree from the University of Scranton before graduating from Ohio Northern University College of Law.
